They blocked my account after a few hours of signing up, for no reason. I wrote 3 [phone] emails asking for clarification on this and never received a reply. The automatic form to the account closure email does not work, the call center with chat from the app does not work. I've only ever used my phone, maybe that's the problem? Is there a bug in the app? I hope to receive an answer. Good evening and good work.

I made a purchase of a pair of Gucci pants for Adidas but these pants never arrived I asked for help from support and they couldn't help me either, it's not possible to be careful to buy on this platform I will never buy anything here again

On android this app i fatal. When i change currency from pln to eur I cant offer prices cuz app still show me offer price in pln. And i can manage listings when show me they will disapper. Its very annoying. PLS FIX THAT

Not satisfied, very long times, I bought a pair of shoes, they fit too big, I have to make a return to get a refund, but no one tells me how to do it, nor gives me a label to make the return shipment. In the chat they tell me to be patient, to wait, they want photos to justify that the shoes are great for me. In the chats they are vague I've been trying for a month ... ⚠️ Attention ⚠️

Very slow payments (about 20 days), very high commissions (€15 on each article), difficulty in publishing and no possibility of modification once the ad has been created. Why do I use it? Because there is a lack of serious alternatives in the field. Is it selling? It is only formed and sold off.
