Disappointing because I didn't expect so many problems for shipments, even if I selected large package it was a challenge to get the items sold accepted at the collection points.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service! I bought a dress in "very good condition", I receive a dress with holes, stains and worn. The seller accepts the return but refuses to take it at her expense. I am therefore forced to pay the shipping costs of the package even though the advertisement was false. I find this unacceptable. I'm losing money! Customer service should not penalize the person who is being scammed! But rather the saleswoman who lies on her ad!

The item that I bought is not satisfactory because there are no instructions of any kind. As it is an exercise item there should be safety instructions. The process for contacting the vendor was impossible for me to understand as there is no sign of contact details. I have gone ahead and paid but I am not likely to buy again.

Be careful if you sell too much, vinted blocks you after deleted my ads for false excuses, articles not in the right category, counterfeit item... Even if you prove that they are wrong, you are blocked, I do not recommend fleeing fortunately that there is the right corner and ebay

App is weird, I've had it for 24hrs and out the blue half of it is fresh half of it is English??? Settings are in English all I did was open the app

I bought a product but it's worth a small amount, when I tried to resell it they blocked my account for counterfeiting, what happens that the person who sold it to me didn't have any problems and I did,?? of grief🖕🏻
