Points arrived eventually
Updating: 14,000 steps yesterday what did I get 3 points after writing a review updated to 8 so I'm adding stars. Not the first time app seems patchy. Want to get to gold status or above, not by your own efforts you don't., not physically possible You're gonna have to spend money on the check ups, sounds like a bit of a racket.

Terrible App
I use this weekly to log my exercise and to enjoy the benefits. I am always logged out and despite hitting the 12 points when I get to Nero my voucher is never ready and shows up later on . I find it very very frustrating

Not sure why you have to log in every time. It's 2024

Doesn't login
I can't even know how the app works, because it simply doesn't login. After registering and all, I try to login and a message says: Something went wrong, try later. It's very very annoying

Unhelpful by design
If you need to find assistance, good luck! The contact numbers are hidden, the fonts on the help pages are super small and the app is mostly focused on gamimifacting your health. Check the meaning of Dark Patterns to understand what vitality is doing with their app design

Keeps logging me out
A good app when it works, but when you rely on an app to track your exercise goals in order to win rewards, there's nothing more infuriating than when it randomly logs you out and then you realise it hasn't been tracking you for the last couple of weeks. Total waste of time if it logs you out without warning 🤬
Android

It never works properly. Always down. Points are not always added. ...

Syncing is terrible
Syncing with health apps and updating points is abysmal and really annoying!
Android

App crashes immediately - unable to open the app. When it worked previously it was very useful.
