I was a happy customer but
The whole switch of banks and vivid 2.0 scared me away. I am trying to close my account for two weeks now. Nothing. No reply, only automated non helping bot standard replies. I'm glad I was able to transfer all my funds away to a more old style bank.

For weeks now, I have been receiving notifications by mail and via the app that I should migrate to Vivid 2.0. I'd love to, but it doesn't work. Neither a button nor a banner can be found in the app, as it was actually announced. What a pity!! I really hope that my account will not be blocked in the end because I was not able to switch due to technical problems(?)!

Money transfer has not arrived
Money transfer has not reached the recipient for 8 days. Chat Support also does not answer anything, although I am a PRIME member.

After the switch to Vivid2.0, the app is partly in English and partly in German. Please change.

Where should I start...?! Since the planned switch to Vivid App 2.0, it has been a disaster! - Log in, only very delayed, if not possible at all. - The link for the app 2.0 does not even work, which you received by mail. - The chat in the app is an automatic bot and only gives general standard answers without solving the problem. - In the Ticket section, it is not possible to activate a ticket. - you won't find an e-mail address for support.

In the beginning, Vivid was still promising, but got worse and worse. Caschback has become pointless, the number of pockets has been reduced. Again and again, the terms and conditions are changed and now the account numbers when switching to Vivid 2.0. As a result, we have to adjust all direct debits and standing orders. I only use Vivid for the joint account together with my wife and even that is no longer possible because she could already switch and I couldn't.

In the beginning it was all good. Only as others write here 2.0 nothing works! Constant requests and nothing works. I think I probably won't be able to make this switch to 2.0, so I'll probably have to go to another provider

Since after the migration to Vivid 2.0 the 4 digit passcode is no longer available, the operation and login has become very bad

After the migration, I can no longer log in with the 6-digit Passkee and also cannot create a new one. There is only a login with the password that I have to enter every time. Ticket was created by Support.
