It doesn't allow you to pay by card... it's an extreme battle, it's supposed to be more comfortable and faster and it's the opposite, I even find it STRESSFUL being the "app".

Awful
Horrible app. Glitches. Terrible customer service, I was pressured and rushed throughout my entire transaction with nasty attitude from start to finish. In the past they've canceled flights last second while already haven been boarded. I believe they overbook and cancel with no care to their clients and no compensation. This whole airline is a scam and a joke. F volaris.

Very bad application and attention, I booked a flight at a certain time and when he sent me the confirmation it was a different flight and not the one I selected. I called, and the phone line has terrible service, it doesn't sound good and it's difficult for a person to answer you, the first time they hung up on me. When the call came in, despite it being an app problem and not even 15 minutes after it happened, they wanted me to pay more than $2000 to make the change. Abysmal!

Terrible attitude towards the customer and they don't give the correct indications, they make exit door changes and they don't warn! I'm sick of this airline 😣It's important to let the Customer Service know that the customer deserves respect, and the best of services!
