Simply cumbersome

It is always amazing how cumbersome the Internet application is at VR-Bank. For example, every action must be approved with the app, even if I have already done actions before. If I only change the observation period of the sales: again new release! And so on. The savings bank is much more user-friendly. One has the impression: the board of directors is hedging its bets - no matter against whom and when. Customer: it doesn't matter - we protect ourselves. Nobody seems to have thought about user-friendliness. Bad review from me. I'm only in VR because I had good personal contacts from before. After the branches have also been largely closed, I will change at some point. I don't need self-assurance.

Even one star is too many. The app regularly crashes, hangs or does not connect/find jobs. I've probably reinstalled the app three or four times, requested a code, got it, set it up again and then the game started all over again after a few weeks. However it can be in this day and age that malfunctions occur regularly. other banks somehow get it under control.

Not recommended

I tried the registration a total of 3 times and each time there was a different problem. The same with 2 other bank apps. Probably only works in presence with the account open

This app is somewhat mandatory to generate TANs for online shopping via credit card, fine but why does this app try to force me to connect it to my back account? It's neither required nor wanted and only due to the fact I ran into an internal timeout I was able to access the rest of the options of this app to set up a TAN for my credit card. Rather unprofessional app and doesn't generate much trust in this app if it tries to force me into unwanted services.

I don't know what to do. App reports with no order negotiated. Then I return to the re-login option. Despite new installed, does not work. And that directly at the bank. She couldn't do it either. Except call. Number of main branch. And she couldn't do either. Try to install them new. And yet it doesn't work. One question. What should happen next?

And again, new mobile phone (which is normal every 2 years in this day and age) and nothing works anymore. Everything has to be 🤐 applied for again by letter ... I'm curious if it at least works, recently had more than one correspondence! It would be really nice if they could finally change that! Other banks can do that too! Otherwise, many bugs have been fixed and I don't think the app is bad. But every 2 years anew?!
