Crashes on start up
Been happening for a month or so. recently updated to ios17.5 and updated the Walgreens app. still crashes on start up.

I've had server several perscriptions that needed a prior authorization and the pharmacy staff chose not to contact the dr they instead closed the perscription! I called and asked what the delay was and found out the medication needed a prior authorization so I had to initiate it. This has been an ongoing problem however Walgreens is my insurance pharmacy of choice but it's a pain in my side!!

Bad service
Never fill orders when requested. Only fill one order at a time until I pick up med then they fill the next one within 6 hours. Never answer the phone. Phone says there closed when there not. Phone/ website says there open when there not. Urgent meds narcotics and antibiotics are put on a waiting list. Covid med didn't get filled until 2 weeks after ordered.

Inconsistent Rates
The mobile version won't easily let you add multiple projects to print at once. It also charges the premium rate and doesn't match the lower rates found when I log in through the computer. When printing large quantities from your phone, this can add up.

Horrible customer service. If you are already sick by the time you get through dealing with Walgreens you will be dead.
