Beware of upgrades
I picked a parking that had 24 hour shuttle rides to and from the airport. Right before I left I received an email my parking was updated. The new parking was further and I discovered later it didn't offer 24 hour shuttle rides. I thought oh well I'll get an Uber but it was going to cost $70. Before I scheduled an Uber I called Ways and was told I'd be refunded. In the end I was only refunded $10. So be careful when you have been updated.

This is scam. Booked parking online, it said that I can cancel until it started. After you pay it turned out that you need to print a pass and display on the dashboard. And there is not way to cancel it, as it does even allow me to find my reservations in the app.

The "Way" is the most unfriendly customer app I have ever used. From booking to communication, this was my first and last time I park through this third party company. Orlando / MCO has so many other better long term off-airport parking options for about the same price/day. If you want someone in your vehicle driving your car when you are away [& this was NEVER disclosed in writing or verbally shared] then this is the one van shuttle company for you.

Scam! 2200 Burdick expressway, minot ND Does not allow cars to park without being a hotel guest and then it's complimentary parking. Now I have to show a receipt from another parking area before I can receive a refund....???? Just refund me...there's no parking service available at the location I paid you to use. Update: no refund. Even though there's no contract with clarion hotel.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. I was getting prices on parking at the Atlanta airport when I happened on this site and their app. I could not see a way to get a quote without putting in my debit card. But I never placed the order. BUT they charged my card 2 times for 104.19. I called them for redress and at first they refused to do anything, then they offered me one charge back as a credit for parking at their lot in the future. Disputed thru my bank now.
