This is an absolutely appalling experience . I paid &1300 2 months ago and my order still hasn't arrived. Customer support is useless and even after i requested a refund , they are not issuing it, it's been 2 working days already. I was buying from Wayfair before but this was my last order. Never coming back and ordering here again

Really hoping Wayfair doesn’t let me down again
My first purchase from Wayfair , went absolutely great. Package was delivered with care , and before stated delivery date . Now the purchase that left a bad lasting taste on my mouth was my second purchase . Over 2 months and I have still yet to receive my package . When I contacted customer service they couldn't give me any updates, kept giving company line . Eventually it was discovered that courier lost my package . No update from a soul . And when I was supposed to receive refund , customer service rep pretended not to know about second half of refund , tried hurrying me off phone before I could confirm . Now, against my better judgment and with a whole lot of prayer because I really want my dining table , I am hoping they do not give me cause to grief again .

Never received items
I made an order from Wayfair and they shipped to the wrong address even though I use PayPal and confirmed my address on payment they shipped to an address I had not lived at my mom previously lived at for years and then tried to say there was nothing they could dobut eventually did process a refund stating that it was a PayPal problem and that they would not fix the problem. If it occurs again in the future, this particular address had never been my address on PayPal. In addition, my mother had not been at that address for years for me to even send a gift to her through that PayPal address either.. long story short Wayfair ship five items to a different state and then attempted to refuse to make it right.

Misleading ! don’t download
They tell you youll get 20% off if you download the app but the app won't let you apply the code. Don't bother getting this

Wayfair probably has what you're looking for because they have a great selection of products for the home. I haven't been shopping with them for awhile and was a little disappointed when I updated my address only to see the old address pop up again during the checkout process.

After restarting the app 10 times and holding to confirm I am not a robot 37 times, I still couldn't place my order and had to utilize the web browser instead. I would willingly pay double from Amazon to not have to ever use this app again.
