When I place a mobile order through drive-thru, especially when it's only a six-piece nugget at no point Should you tell me to park by the door or go to mobile parking. Just give it to me through the doorway. Stop making the employees come out and hand me an order you could have gave me at the Drive-Thru window. I don't want to park. I want to get my order and move on. Change it!

Glitchy…freezes
Since the first time I've used this app it is has been extremely glitchy. It freezes unnecessarily! It'll freeze just from opening it. I've only been able place one successful order on here. Pls fix the glitch..in thought it was my data so I got home and i tried to place an order with WiFi and it was still freezing horribly.

Love the offers but app is annoying!!
I'm at Wendy's right now, everytime I tried to add a kids meal, it would shut down the app!! So I added my previous purchase but it had the nuggets twice for 1 kids meal!! So I deleted and reinstalled (app should have informed an update was needed but didn't). Anyway now that I've typed in my credit card and done my whole order…it says “sorry an error has occurred”! So frustrating. I have 2 toddlers and can't be waiting in long lines.
