Ordered gin and tonic, no ice with drink. Told the ice machine was broken. Might have been told this earlier. Poor from you guys, usually much better. Server was also off hand, you know, that's the way it is attitude.

Wednesday night 20:00 08/05/24 For goodness sake enforce your no smoking policy . Seen lads of staff pass smokers and say nothing. It really spoils my meal and drinks.

Breakfast
The breakfast offering is wide and well priced. The service via the app is easy and delivered quickly. The only issue was that the produce apart from the egg were tepid which spoiled it. The staff were receptive and apologetic.

i have been an iphone user for many many years. in ALL my years i have never come across such a poorly made app. i dont who made this but you ought to be ashamed of your developing skills. on what planet would my payment fail? i now need to wait for my dessert and you have ruined my day!

Pointless to check real ales
Went to 3 pubs in Birmingham chasing particular cask ales. First said their app was playing up and inaccurate, other 2 said that beer has ran out but we haven't updated the app yet. A Sunday night

Unnecessary bottle noise
Trying to enjoy a “quiet” drink. Why do the bar staff insist on throwing the empty glass bottles full pelt into the glass bin? So unnecessary but I guess you have to find some way to enjoy yourselves at work.
