Very disappointed with the reputation q you work with the purchased orders no one knows where it is, with refund return, I have to go to the post office several times to find out about the order q the company does not know where it is being q already paid for the freight, a lot of things to improve there... some chinese products suck and don't work I'll stop 🫷🏽 messing with you guys very frustrating msm....

Super bad!!
Hands off!! Once ordered and some of them sent back. They marked an item as returned and did not refund my money. Customer service is mega complicated. Did anyone say professionalism? The same answers and questions come over and over again. You only have a headache when returning!! I will never order there again and delete my account directly. Family members and friends will also keep their hands off!!
