They don't deliver on what they promise
I bought the course weighing that it would be conversational just like they preach in Instagram boosts, but it doesn't have any conversational possibility, they all want them to pay extra fees! Feeling aggrieved!

I passed the test, noted that I needed speaking practice. I got a plan for $40. Bought. I open it, and there are cards with words, and everything else for an even greater additional fee. I bought cards with unnecessary words for 40 dollars! Thank God, the money returned after the swearing in support.

I've just started with this app and so far it's going well. It would improve the speed with which phrases disappear and the microphone button for one click in use without the need for a second click to finish, perhaps this is fine for phrases, but not for saying words. On the other hand, I hope to have conversations with the AI, which I don't know when it will arrive, and if it will have this option that for me is undoubtedly the most important and interesting and for which I am willing to pay. I consider this very important for the development and progress of my real ability to hold a conversation, training listening skills, understanding and expressions.

Terrible app. Completely different from the ad they posted on Instagram. Extreme difficulty in unsubscribing, they do not respond to emails sent and have no other contact channel. Trying to cancel directly with credit card.

They charge subscription fee even though you cancel it!
This app is very tricky since you cannot find it under your Apple ID subscription section! So you cannot cancel it in advance… Instead of this they send a cancellation email and ask you to cancel it 24hours before! You should be lucky enough to catch the email on time! So I did since I did buy for a very short period of time and I didn't understand why I received such an email? I cancelled and they said It is in the queue and will be processed in the nearest time. This was at the beginning of May and I am still waiting for their feedback. So do not subscribe, it is impossible to get rid of it!
