Good but quickly gets real extra
I've used this a little over a year. The app works well and there are lots of positives. The interface is really smooth and nice and the videos really help get form right. However, there are negatives: 1. The app likes to set single arm and single leg exercises but forgets to account for the total weight being both arms (25x12x2 arms) is treated as 25x12. 2. The app significantly under accounts for time. You'll tell it an hour, it'll schedule you 9 exercises 3-4 sets each with one or two single leg using some obscure equipment you have to hunt all over for, all for no apparent reason other than scheduling the most extra workout available. Plus a 15 minute run and in practice it'll either take 2 hours or you'll have to leave because you can't spend your whole day a the gym. These will also be (from mine today - 4x10 squats, 4x10 single leg leg presses, 3x12 deadlifts, 3x15 calf presses, 15 mins running, etc etc.) like I have Superman legs or something. 3. It really likes weighted pull ups and sit ups. Gyms don't have leg weights and you can't hold a weight and jump. It'll also tell you - do 4 sets of 10 weighted wide grip pull ups and I'm like listen you're asking for 40 pull ups and you want me to McGuiver a way to hold weights between my feet? Just be normal. That would be great. Thanks. Otherwise, great. 4/5.

Okay app, bad support
I was running the free version for a few months without problems. I decided to try the 7 day free trial and when that ended the free version no longer worked. Tried contacting customer support and got an e-mail back saying only premium members get an e-mail response back, which is a strange way of business. It also completely wiped my history/stats from months and there was no way to reach out because no contacting if you're not a member.

The android version of this app is sorely lacking. I used to love this app, despite the version differences, however, they recently updated and toon AWAY features and workouts that could be tracked. I understand updates, but why take away some workouts? Ruined the experience I was having, which was good up until the update. Was 5 stars but the update is abysmal. The plan built now is the exact same no matter what skill level you choose. No variations, no scaling.

Long workouts and could be better
The app looks really great, but having selected a programme, all the workouts were 75 to 90 minutes long, without allowing time for a decent warm-up. There appears to be nowhere to tailor the length of workouts apart from deleting individual exercises from the workout which, as the app warns, compromises the integrity of the workout and your progress. Also, body weight can only be recorded in intervals of 0.5kgs - unfortunately I do not loose weight in 500g chunks, so how do you accurately measure your progress? This seems really odd. Pity.

FREE trial charges you automatically!
I signed up for the free 7 day trial, and it charged me $69.99 automatically. I did not get a trial period. I requested a refund and cancelled it same day, and Apple said it isn't eligible for a refund. I didn't even sign up for anything, and had it less then 1 day. What the heck is going on here???

Bug when making supersets
Hello! So far I love the app! But there's a bug when you make a superset the default timer for resting is 1:30 right? So if you happen to change it and want to change it back to 1:30 it won't let you, hope you can fix it!

Not worth it
You have to pay to use the app, it seems legit at first and everything then it says you have to pay for a trial to get more excess to the more in-depth content of the workout plans, waste of time, don't download unless you wanna pay $5 monthly with the free 7 day trial, or $20 monthly, or $120 for lifetime.
