Worst App!
This is the worst app! Half the time I have to reload the app in order to change channels. I keep getting the error message that the video can't be played. That's basically the screen of death. Nothing I do will fix the issue leaving me to have to reload the app. Xfinity doesn't care about its customers, just their money.

The slowest downloads ever will stop halfway through and have to start over. This is ridiculous for how much we pay. Step your game up to many other services like netflix and Prime that download quick and simple

Just don't go with Xfinity. There's nothing this app does better than any other streaming service, and plenty of things it does worse. If you want to watch 8 seconds of show, then 8 seconds of loading, then 8 seconds of show, then 8 seconds of loading, this is perfect for you! If you don't feel like starting and stopping 126 times in 10 minutes, then just go anywhere else.

When I open the xfinity stream app and I try to watch livestream it will not load. I've been using this on my iPad for years. I am fully signed in, iPad is totally updated

Too much trouble
The WORST. You can't fast forward, which wouldn't be a huge problem if the app actually saved your progress/where you left off in a show/movie. Instead, if you've watched over an hour of something, pause, and go back to resume, it will start over and you can't fast forward. Tried switching to AirPods during an episode & it caused the episode to restart from the beginning. Deleting as soon as I finish the season of the show I'm watching bc it's not worth the hassle.

Poor review
App does not work! App does not consistently work. I don't know what changed, but the app no longer works for live streaming. The Astros live streaming is continuously blocked. Does ixfinity have an affinity against the Astros or is the app just this bad?

Another worthless xfinity app. Home wifi only? Due to licensing? If I'm home, I obviously dont need to stream it on my dang phone. I should be able to connect to xfinity wifi anywhere (that I pay for) and watch the shiws (that I pay for) at a cost of $300 a month. Another customer tired of xfinity. Bye, bye.
