Doesn’t seem to be worth the money I pay.
With a bill that exceeds three hundred dollars I should have or suffer the low speeds I endure. This has been an ongoing g issue. I'm so done with Xfinity and Comcast. The neighbors are rallying to use another approach through the FCC and the media. I think I'll join them.

Love the service, options, rewards, low prices, BUT the Live Chat Agents?! They could NOT possibly be any worse!! By far, the most frustrating & useless "Help" agents I've ever had to experience! And I mean for 3.5 years now, every single time. Seriously needs to be overhauled ASAP!!

I don't WANT this app. Comcast has made their website practically unusable, forcing me to use it. It is only a tiny fraction better than the website. It does NOT have all the features and abilities I need to manage my account. I'm looking for literally ANY other ISP.

Service hasn't worked properly since February. Very difficult to get a live agent/representative from America on the phone to talk about the situation. Too expensive and customers are forced to pay for services they don't use.
