Takes your money every time.
Donât try your âluckâ with this app. Absolute waste of my time and money. Lost $15 to the moonshot. It almost caused an aneurysm ð¤¦ââï¸

Blaming a partner when I cannot access my funds
I am skeptical that Yotta didnât know this problem was arising. It didnât do anything to mitigate the issue and now every Yotta customer is trapped.

My grievances with this app was when I used instant transfer. I used Yotta as an emergency fund as it seemed like a quickly accessible way to store my money while it had the potential to grow however when I initiated the transfer it did not go through. I paid a premium to have instant access to my money but still have yet to receive it. The help team has been unresponsive by phone or in app communications. If you value having access to YOUR money, do not bank with Yotta.

Stay away put money elsewhere.
Seriously they will let you deposit money but you will be unable to spend that money or even take it back out. They steal money and blame it on the brokerage accounts. I have tried multiple times to remove my money and they just refuse they blame it on others. Iâve filed complaints with the fdic and finra in the meantime while they hold my savings account hostage. Do not download or use this company.

They have just stopped access to all of my funds and say they have no idea how long it will take to restore access. I use to like them but no longer. I do not recommend.

I really liked Yotta at first. I earned around $15 having a savings account with them. Only for them to change things around and it got really confusing. I tried to withdraw my money and turns out they don't have it. SynapseFi waa funding them and they went bankrupt in October. Wish I knew that back in October. Do not use them because you will never see your money.

The Yotta team is pathetic. They first claimed their bank processors had a power outage and everything has been put on hold until that's fixed. They then claimed it's Lineage Bank's fault for halting all processing. No clear communication or accountability for messing with the consumers time and money. I would rate a 0 if possible, they probably deserve less. After this and the terrible updates as of late, there is no point in using them. Don't even bother because they clearly don't give a damn.

There's no way to get ahold of anyone. When you call it just keeps ringing. Tried transferring/withdrawing money and it says I'm over my withdrawal limit for the month when I've not used my card or tried withdrawing ANYTHING in the last month. Declined my purchase online which was $10 less than what I have in my account...definitely closing this account as soon as I can get my money out of it!

Predatory banking practice. You have to play yottaball to get your interest out of the account and can't get it out until it hits $5. I had a account for about 3 years with $1,000 in savings and only accrued $3 in savings. Do not use.
