If this app worked well before, for 3 weeks, out of 4 surveys carried out, 3 did not trigger the attribution of points although carried out honestly and to the end. My complaints give rise to acknowledgements of receipt and no follow-up.

Three surveys that I do that the app no longer counts the points.

Never received the $50

It's been 3 surveys that I have received NO points for the surveys I answer while I am about to exceed 5000 points. Instead, I get an error message. Despite already two reports/requests made to customer service, I have received NO response in two weeks. Fix your app or answer emails?

Yougov is indeed the beginning of each week, you will definitely get a task, but the more you come here, there are less than 1000 points left to get a task task, please cooperate

Novelty wore off pretty quick. Working on a rough estimate of 10mins per survey. Getting 50 points per survey (I've never been offered more), and needing 5000 for a £50 reward. It would take me 16.5 HOURS to get that reward. Add into that no more than 1 per day it would take 100 days (over 3 months). Not really worth my time.

Never have quests available

They are good with the way they word their surveys but they are not consistent with send new ones nor do they reply to emails sents about missing points. I do like the fact that I can voice my opinion, but they lack in getting me new surveys to get more points an they never respond to emails about missing points. Just seems unfair to me

Twice in a row that I answer a survey and I am not given the points.
