I've been trying to update for 2 weeks. It keeps streaming and will not update. I keep up with my points, and this hinders me. I literally eat at Zaxby's 3 to 4 times a week.

It's beyond ridiculous, aggravating, and annoying that I have to deal with the app closing immediately before I have a chance to complete my order. I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling, downloading, and reinstalling the app and attempting to enter in my order only to be subjected to the same hassle again. Until the developers fix the app and rid it of problems like what I've described, it's practically worthless and not worth the hassle and frustration of using the app.

Every time we order on the app something goes wrong they randomly cancelled our delivery order and won't refund us for 13 days!

New San Antonio location.....Windcrest. Pure garbage Horrible service They must have hired everyone out of the BK drive-thru Act like it's your fault for missing/wrong items Told them to keep it after they actually brought the correct stuff. Figured they spit in it. Waaaaaay too many other options here to ever go there again. The Braves ought to be embarrassed. The app itself seems ok

Points expire
I love Zaxby's, you don't deserve one star but the fact that points expire is really unnecessary. Chick Fil A lets you build up points but Zaxby's gives you a month to use them even though a meal won't get you enough points to get anything? Pointless.

Payment system down. Every card and Google Play card I use just fails the transaction. No issue on my end even called the bank for one of my cards. Fix your payment system within app. Ridiculous I can't place an order. Take 5 minutes to put it all in just to not be able to finish transaction.

Literally the worst food app
I'll start this by saying that I LOVE Zaxby's, but this app is actual torture to use. Its incredibly buggy, and 9/10 won't even let me place an order because “an error has occurred” but it feels like errors are occurring more often than not. I wouldn't mind so much if you could use your rewards in store, but since you can't, that makes the app being genuinely almost completely worthless feel insulting
