Why does the transaction receipt not showing the session id and when you message on Instagram or email for it they take you through all kind of long cut only to tell you to come to the bank for it when other bank includes the session id with the transaction it's really frustrating if the bank was so easy for me to go will I be messaging both on Instagram and on email

Zenith makes deliberate attempt to prevent you you from accessing your money in your account. I have tried to access my account and it doesn't allow all the numbers on keypad display.

Your password or account retrieval process is pretty bad. Your staff are inconsiderate. My app updates all of a sudden after 2 to 3 years, mobile app gets locked. The only option the staff could give is to spend the money that's already inaccessible on an affidafit or just close the account which I opted to close

My dissatisfaction with this app is that sometimes when you transfer money , it will show transaction successful . But the recipient will not receive the money. In most cases it becomes a failed transaction. And this goes cause a lot of confusion and loss funds.

Since I downloaded, it has never worked. It keeps saying "Operation processing failed". I'll just withdraw my money to avoid stories that touch.
