Well, I download the app, I register as requested, I continue with the instructions I receive and I make a shipment, when I have paid for it with my card and deducted from my current account balance, it turns out that they ask me to verify my identity and while they do my shipment is retained. This seems to me to be nonsense. First, my shipment was delayed that could have affected a third party who was waiting in a targeted situation at a departure airport. First the tickets and then we'll see.

app needs work. First direct app and worldremit app don't work well together. To go to FD app.and get a security code then have to relogon to worldremit and go through the steps again and by the time you're able to enter the securecode it has expired. Had to use a card which worked OK.

Poor service
I got scammed and they don't offer any help. They said they can't do anything because it got credited to the bank. Well the info is not correct and in just few minutes they already credited the amount to receiver. So annoying.

Every time i want to send money they blocked my account without any information and send you email saying for it poses a risk. If you guys find that risk send email to verify or message in the phone to verify if that person is same who is sending money. And if you try to call them hard to reach. Very bad experience.

I use the app mist of the times but for two days now it is not opening the app it keeps saying app has stopped working. I have uninstalled and installed it again but still same error..
