Absolute junk!

Every single house in my neighborhood, including ones with the exact floor plan we have and similar lot size, has a Zestimate, yet for almost a year Zillow has refused to show a value for our home citing not enough info. What?? Zillow support is absolutely useless, and dare I say, clueless. I use Redfin instead.

Shows no results in my heavily populated area. Avoid this app. Even when results show up, their information is bad and their estimates are off.

Impossible to exclude coops.

App developers, please make it possible to exclude coops from search. Why it is condo/coop is an option at all? Condo snd coop are two extremely different forms of properties. There are thousands of coops in Westchester, NY and very few condos. It is almost impossible to find a condo except clicking through hundreds of coops.

Great but lots of issues

I love the usefulness of this app but it crashes regularly, or fails to load homes despite being force quit and reopened. It consistently crashes after 15-20 minutes of browsing almost every time. Disappointing

Tracking my home value

I created an account a few months ago so I could see my estimated home value. It had photos listed with my home's information but the photos are now gone and Zillow is only showing satellite images of my home. Not happy about that. How can I get the photos back??!!??😡

I'd like to know what's wrong with the zillow app? It's been two days since I started the app, and all the other apps are fine, except Zillow, right now I need the app to work I'm looking for a new home.

Too frustrating

They make it so hard to look at houses because developers spam hundreds of drawings, renders, or model homes and there is no way to filter them.

Bring back the old mortgage estimate

I like this app, but they recently took away the ability to customize your price estimate. Now when you try to set down payment to $0 it just reverts back to the 20%. Makes it impossible to estimate loan amount with a VA loan in the app now because of this.

No Matches ALWAYS come up. The new version of this app is not user friendly. I am so disappointed! I'll have to is a different app! Boo!
