App not working
My app isn't letting me Log In. I have an active account and paying for service. I cannot access at all from the app. I had tried deleting app, changing email, password and everything else. Nothing let me log in on the app. I can use browser but can't open a car from the phone. I hace iPhone 15 & last apple version. Completely useless now my account. Thanks a lot. 😤

I was charged 15£ for the application and later the application was refused without any valid reason. Not sure how many other users have paid this amount like this and how much money they are making out of this scam. No refund. No reason of rejection.

Major loss of functionality
The app recently downgraded it's functionality when it changed the interface for taking photos of the vehicle at the start and end of the rental period. Formerly, it was possible to select your camera's wide angle lens to properly capture the car. Now it is not possible to do so. The prior version also provided you with the sections of the car's exterior to document. No longer there. Most notably, the new version consistently fails to let you proceed past the exterior photos. Did anyone actually test this before release?

Zero refund for trying to cancel with 19 hours notice? No ability to change my start and end time without full charges? Disappointing to say the least.

Disgusting company
I live in the city and gave up my car, figuring the few times I needed a car I could use zip car. That was my first mistake. Every single car I got smelled of disgusting cigarettes. Most of the cars were trashed with garbage everywhere, windows smeared and crumbs everywhere. Several of the cars had broken headlights, flat tires and smashed bumpers. Customer service takes forever to get ahold of and does little to help when you get in touch with them. Bottom line, I subscribed to this service for less hassle, only it's way more because of the condition of the cars.

Why is this the second time my payment doesn't want to go through after I booked the car and want extend. Then I get a notice saying I have payment due but won't take my card .

Valid Phone number can’t confirm
German phone number was accepted during the application, but then I wasn't able to confirm logging into the app. $25 for not being able to rent a car is a lot.

Seems cheaper alternative for Uber. But it's not. You'll be charged a lot for every issue with rented car. Also you can't be sure if it's safe to drive their cars. It was nice in the beginning, but now I try to avoid using Zipcar.

They scam you. They don't tell you that you'll have to wait for 24 hours until after you paid them activation fees. Their cunning policy caused a lot of issues for me. Never ever using them out of principle.
