Fraud Zomato
I had ordered from rasam restaurant Gota Ahemedabad. but I did not receive the complete item and the Zomoto person is not ready to respond. and didn't even return my money.😡😡😡

Order food was cancelled by technical support
I had recently ordered my food from Freshmenu Electronic City and the delivery time shown to 50 mins . After 40 mins I got a call from customer care that my order was delivered to someone else and hence they are cancelling my order. When I tried to reorder the restaurant stopped taking order. Why can't the customer care person place an order on my behalf ? Do they have just the permission to cancel the order even though I did't agree to it. Am I suppose to eat the money for dinner that too will be provided by 20th May. Why should the customer suffer because of some other persons mistake ? Cancelling the order is wrong that too if someone is waiting for 40 mins just to have dinner.

Responsibility on delayed order
Services have deteriorated, had a pizza delivered after 1 HR and cold pizza, but no response was received from zomato

Worsening service and increasing costs
Platform fee, no guaranteed delivery time, increased delivery times, delays in assigning delivery partners, poor customer support, late refunds - everything seems to be getting worse but the overall cost keeps increasing.

Now this once such poor customer servicing company. The lack of customer service people in the company is resulting in poor service. Wake up Zomato. It high time for you, if not you will be nothing less than a kicked out company.

Worst delivery time out of all food delivery apps
Unnecessarily clubbing orders and not even informing users in the delivery screen that it is picked up with other orders we find out when we call the delivery partners. Kind of a fraudulent app

Frad company zomato
Basically, the thing is, Zomato is preferring with fraud restaurants and the mingle together and making fraud. It's been with that time. I was ordering with non-veg, but I received a much product that to expired, I never ever suggest the customers or to people to use Zomato. They are mingle with some fraud restaurants. They won't bother about peoples money. If raise a complaint they just close. Just keep writing on the Restaurant app. This is not the perfect way to close the complaint fraud company, Zomato.
