Failure to consider errors
My wife and I submitted our samples on the same day. Mine took twice as long, well over the time they stated. My results do not compute. My son, aunt and sister have done the testing, but my results would not be possible. I have tried to work with them to retest but they refuse. They claim to be scientific but unwilling to admit the possibility of error. Very disappointed!

Information constantly changes!
I have been with 23andMe for several years. I mainly joined because I wanted to know origins. It has gone from 99% Great Britain, England and Ireland. Now it 65% and and 30% Switzerland and German. I wonder what it will be in a couple of more years??? That's very irritating and now they want to charge $69 A YEAR for additional information after I have spent hours sharing personal medical information. Now I have to pay for the results…. Up yours 23andYOU

Horrible customer service. Impossible to figure out how to cancel membership. Thought it was cancelled but apparently it wasn't. They will not give a refund even though it renewed 2 days ago. All they care about is money.

Do not trust this company! They lost my package and they are not willing to return my money! Älkää luottako tähän yritykseen. Maksoin tilauksen VISA kortilla ja nyt yritän saada rahat takaisin sitä kautta. Älkää luottako tähän yritykseen!

It's been good but seems to be taking forever

Results are inaccurate, app is trash. Cant even update any personal info on the app, it just resets to the old info after you "successfully" save. It wont give me access to the services i paid for w my subscription, and customer service never responds.

Ancestors not clear
Every new update make it less and less possible to understand the ancestors and the history. Will probably delete the app.
