Most of the time well a good service. About three times and the same driver canceled the ride and had to pay a fee and I was on site. I don't think this payment is right. I'm going to order one now and be whatever God and you want.

1) Drivers are canceling trips after the passenger is waiting more than 10 minutes for them, and then another 10 and the other also cancels. Even for places without risk. Passengers miss appointments. There should be an option to block those who cancel. Drivers don't want to make the ride, but they do want to earn money if the passenger cancels. 2) App forces you to answer the same quiz after each run. A big nuisance. And the questionnaire has a bug and gets in the way of evaluating the driver and tipping.

I find the app very useful and practical, but recently it just doesn't want to take the option to use the app's cache (when you put a value of money to use through the app itself). And this hinders me a lot when I come to work, I study in the morning and work in the afternoon and at that time the app never picks up the option and this caused me to be late several times. I think the app is good, but please improve it.

I received an email informing me of a race on May 08, 2024. But I didn't use the app that day. I haven't had the 99 app installed on my phone in years. There's someone else using this app on my behalf and with my email! I request that you immediately delete this account that is in my name and my email because I am not using it anymore and someone else is using it! It can hurt me!

99 does not have a satisfactory service for complaints against cretinous drivers who do not end rides and claim not to have received them, making the app charge us for rides already paid. It's not the first time I've paid for a ride in cash and the driver's swindler reports that the ride was left open. Now I pay via balance, so the clown driver doesn't end the ride and the funny guys at 99 demand that I pay and then evaluate if they should reverse the undue charge.

Application takes too long, when it's taking more than 15 min to wait they put a driver to accept it and then the ride is already canceled and enter another 15 to who knows how long to wait for a car. And not just for an address to say it's a risk area, almost all of them. Bad app if you're on an appointment.
