Went from working seamlessly to not working
Pharmacy login or sign up buttons aren't clickable. It does nothing - only the help button is functional. Fix this app please!

Lost gas points and bad info
No points at pump. Have addressed this with gas co and Albertsons. The store says all my points are there but I do not get credit at fill up. HELP?!?

Just removed & reinstalled app. I use it strictly for RX. Every time I try to go to RX in app, it shuts down app. 😐

I tried 3x to open it after 'INSTALLING" then told I had to wait an hour (actually 2 hrs+) to try again and the same thing happened: it said I was using an invalid code just sent to my phone each time. Following their recorded phone"help" instructions was USELESS because it just told me the exact same instructions I had already tried 6 times and got the same "invalid" response after copying and then entering the "code" in the appropriate box!

Won't let me add my husband's card for purchases so I dont constantly have to take it for grocery shopping. 0 stars

I lost over $100 worth of grocery rewards when I had to change my phone number. Customer service assured me my rewards would show up within 24 hrs. With this app there is no accountability. You spend spend spend to get your rewards then they can just disappear on ya & Albertsons customer service doesn't care afterward. Really, having an app account is a waste of my time & saves me very little.
