I find the incomprehensible filter options so helpful: by material, pattern, neckline, sleeve length, color. The return is always error-free. The self-set favorites are filtered directly by coupon offers, which is very convenient. BUT: what annoys me a lot with size 36/38 (almost 1.80m+62kg) is that I constantly get curvy sizes and mommy fashion displayed. I never filtered for it. Even after clearing the cache, nothing changes. It doesn't make sense and misses the point.

They ban you without warning if you don't make it profitable for them
Well, it had happened to me, I received an email saying that they considered a negative contractual relationship due to high returns and that they had the right to kick me out and not let me buy again The truth is, I don't even know if that's legal The fact is that as they consider according to them that you return more than necessary... Goodbye....

I found a product that I would like to buy, but there are 2 different products on it and I as a customer don't know which one I get when ordering! No problem, I contacted the customer service and since then only the info comes we have so much to do there will soon be someone to take care of your request. This mail has already come 3 times in the meantime and I still have i. Mer no INFO!! THIS IS THE BEST EXAMPLE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you
