Problem with the connection to the database.
I've been using this APP for a while and it worked fine, but a few days after subscribing to its trial version for 1 month, the connection to the database in the HOME icon part stopped working. I have written several emails to technical support before they charge me for the annual subscription, but all the answers are without solution and tell me to be patient until a new version, because they tell me that their engineers are working on giving me a solution. I've tried everything but it still doesn't work. I get the following error message in the APP and I will end up deleting my subscription, a shame because it is a very good option to know and learn a lot due to its huge content of documents. We re having some trouble connecting. Our system is currently having difficulty connecting. In the meantime, try reading papers offline in your Library. • View Your Library Tap to try to re-connect

Until about 2 months everything was fine.after no menu Home ... What's going on? Why doesn't it work anymore??? Absolutely nothing is done to the application???

The app okay, in terms of resources there's enough accessible without limits though finding exact or complete and detailed article or study material is difficult.
