I had no issues with this app and used it regularly. There must have been an update because now I can't find where to pay my bill. It's a major headache

Errors While Establishing Account
I actually spent over 35 minutes trying to establish an account. Each time I attempted to input my information, I would be forwarded right back to the Home Screen. This was both on the App and website. Then while attempting to use ID.Me to establish a military discount, the same thing happened. Talk about frustration. Please fix/repair what ever is wrong with both the website and App. Seems like a simple thing to do if you value your customers.

The store app is fine but why have an Academy Sports app and credit card if you can't get on the app and check your store credit card info.

App OK but clearance sales are borderline scamy. It will tell you about a t-shirt that is on clearance but when you click on it you find out it's only one color one size and everything else is normal. Waste of time looking at clearance items.
