This app doesn't make much progress. I had uninstalled it after wasting a lot of time trying to book through the app. Another attempt several months later, nothing has changed. It systematically blocks the payment. I now have a pending booking and I don't know what status it is in. By the way, I lost 1000 loyalty points. Not sure I want to waste time here any more

App is not user friendly
The app doesn't not save the card on file if you choose that option. Something is wrong with the app. The app could be more user friendly with user test case.

Who do I contact .
I don't know who I can contact, I can't find an email in this App to make a complaint ... I'll do it this !! I acquired a payment card called VOYAGEUR, it was sold to me with a series of conditions and now I see that they are not such. When I was two weeks old I asked to stay at the Hotel Ibis Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and they didn't give me a room, in the conditions of the card it says that if I call 48 hours in advance they would have to give me a room, it wasn't like that... With this card I have a 15% discount, in my last stay in Alicante, which was horrible, in the cafeteria drinks only 10% was applied in that hotel nor did they know the card, there was no welcome drink, I did not enjoy a room with sea views, honestly I do not see any advantage in this card.... The positive side of the Ibis hotels is that I have some places for reference such as the one in Alcorcón Tres Aguas, and the employees are lovely, anyway I hope you take note, but it is clear that I will not renew this card next year. It has worked fine so far. However, for a month, the card payment in the app has not gone through. You can effectively make a reservation through the website on your phone, but why do you need an app then...?
