Too slow and it seems not secure at all

Adt is the worst security services an individual can have. Un professionals agents that don't know how to satisfy their customers, infact they will make you to sign 3 years contract that you don't have any knowledge about. Too bad Adt is a scam security system network. Am paying for service am not using too bad.

I paid an extra $2000 above the free window and door to be fully monitored and alarmed. My garage window sensors have never worked. Support has not fixed this. Gives me the run around. Tech said they should be replaced. Too much time on the phone to no solution. Complete waste of time and money. Don't choose this service.

Had these cameras set up by an amazing installer. One of the cameras stopped working and couldn't get a service tech out to help with the problem. It's been over 3 months now.

I believe I have been ripped off. My hard wired cameras stopped working during a power outage. I am told that to reconnect I have to purchase another piece of equipment to have surveillance on my phone. The technician connected my camera to my phone. I pay two different fees each month for no service.

Not really helpful because the explanations of functions are well written by someone familiar with the system that never sat down with someone totally unfamiliar with the system and asked “What does this tell you and can you now make it work?” For the monthly fee that ADT is paid I would have expected better. Thankfully I can and will just call the helpline. THX

Trash. Always times out when something important is happening

Cannot set outside lights on a timer unless it's attached to the arming/disarming of the alarm system. HORRIBLE!! Outside lights off when system disarmed...lights on when system armed. ADT PULSE had the feature that allowed you to set outside lights separate from arming/disarming. THIS WAS A SAFETY FEATURE. HORRIBLE now just HORRIBLE. System is not user friendly.

Can't change cameras without having to close the app and reopen. Just sits on loading indefinitely. I can watch them as long as I want to, just can't switch them without restarting the app. There's no way to adjust the length of clips that are recorded so the cameras only record a few seconds, which is not enough information to be useful. The developer is apparently unable to resolve this. Customer services a joke they know nothing about the app or the services as they are a third-party. all they know is what they're able to book up on the Internet. They have absolutely no knowledge or helpful information. I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It would've save me a lot of time and money.
