I really enjoy the variety of games and puzzles but too many glitches without an easy way to contact support. Important tools missing to solve a puzzle, having the answer correct but game not recognizing it, etc. it's hard to believe that staff aren't aware of a glitch.

Chapter 4 of the Haunted hunt has a glitch where the piano wont let me pass. No matter what I select I can't get through. It won't recognise the correct answer.

I see you have a few friend reviews but ads ruined it. Plus no hints unless ads are painfully watched. I'm pretty sure I use about 35 gigabyte's per day loading play store apps only to uninstall 98 percent of them about 2 percent are real games ! All others are ad apps posing as games , like yours.

After finishing all the games (which are amazing, and it's definitely my favorite app), I paid €9.99 to access the VIP games. I was only able to play Home Coming for which there is ONLY ONE chapter 🥲🥲! (I had already finished Vinishing Act). Is this normal? 🥲

I like the games on this app, but sometimes the game gets stuck on a cutscene. Like the end of The Squires Tale after stopping the villain and getting rescued from the doomsday device, the scene will not progress past the shaking. It just plays over and over and will not continue so I can see how the story ends.

Edit: I just remembered the VP service. I had to take a star away because it's not clear what you all get with VP service. The puzzles require a lot of looking around and examining your surroundings for clues and it's fun! While I'm more understanding when it comes with watching ads on a free game. The wait time for keys is a little ridiculous. 1 hour per key is just too much. Especially cause you can't get more then 2. I suggest letting players watch ads for extra keys.

Tried linking accounts from tablet to phone and lost everything I paid for I'm going crazy trying to get it all back. I spent $28.00 had 106 stars or more and 12 keys. What do I do?
