Annoying
Had to download the app to submit my order because their website kept crashing on me. Asked Google why it kept crashing (lol I was so frusterated) and basically deduced they code their site badly for mobile to force you to download the app so they can then track you (they hope you'll tap ‘allow'). I'm honestly getting burnt out by every company thinking they need to force apps on people. I feel like Dennis in always sunny in Philadelphia with the Tesla episode lololol but fr can you guys chill out. I just wanna order the only comfortable bra I have ever found in peace 😤

Update still hasn't fixed the fact that the app just doesn't work. I used to be a regular customer and haven't bought anything in months due to the constant issues. I can no longer log in also. The team working on the app and user experience needs a serious overhaul.

The app is mostly fine. But it has some problems, when closing the app it sometimes closes the session and constantly has to be re-entered, which is somewhat annoying, since it is an app on a personal device and not a search engine. And the most important thing in my opinion is that in general in their delivery system they should let the user choose the delivery method, both in time and in parcel since with a courier in my case I always have problems.

It's the worst online shopping store I have ever bought I had an inconvenience with the delivery, and the only thing they say it's that you have to contact the carrier guy to ask for it If you risk buying in this app, be ready to lost your money
