Terrible update. You can't check in directly, it sends you to a slow and useless whatsapp. You can't choose or change seats. If it wasn't useful before, now it was less useful

The app is crap, it marks an error to log in, it goes out all the time. It doesn't let you add more passengers to keep you saved. Etc.

It keeps coming up in spanish. I dont understand enough to do it in Spanish. I have chosen English and Uninstalled 3x.

I have tried to check in even using the Chrome browser of my cell phone, as well as two other browsers from my laptop, and even so the Aeromexico website gives more errors than those of the competition, it is the last straw that 6 hours before my flight leaves they do not allow me to check-in, Not even the boarding pass, that's why later they resell the tickets and there is an over-quota, the thieves want more money at the expense of civic good

It doesn't work. It doesn't open my boarding pass. My flight is delayed and every time I open my trip the app restarts. Luckily I kept my boarding pass in the mail. Bad experience.
