Don't get me wrong some of the services you provide are worth it, but customer service is lacking in knowledge and experience to help with guiding you where you need to be for the best care.

Apparently, the "Terms and Conditions" agreement at first use: - cannot be copied out - cannot be saved out - can be taken as a screenshot (if you can remember how to do that on your device) - doesn't seem to reappear once you've checked and immediately unchecked it, and subsequently exited. But it appears to presume that you submitted the form with the checkbox checked, then allows you into the app without submitting the form. - cannot be found among the "all legal agreements" on the website.

I haven't seen a more crappiest app than this Aetna app. Does not work at all. Always gives web page not available whenever I run the app. This app sucks!!

Denied an already scheduled and absolutely necessary health emergency surgery for total shoulder replacement, requiring physical therapy first, then continued denying even after completing 2 visits to PT in one week, 2 weeks prior to the surgery date. Now they say the surgeon can appeal the denial decision, but the appeal process takes another 30 days, while in the meantime my arms are falling off my body at the shoulders with every 12 hr shift I work 4 nights a week for the next month, or more

keep changing what they will cover. was told our chiropractor was covered & has been, no all of a sudden they say he's not. we picked this plan cause all our Dr's were included, now all of a sudden they are not. also changing the rules on the DMR & what it can be used for we are not happy.
