It requires me to download an app that I don't want or need to see when due dates are on a loan, why I can't check via browser is beyond me

The app does not work for me. I suspect that this is because I am using a VPN with protective services. I am able to use the website, and it sucks because I like the convenience of the app.

My payment was declined with the store, but affirm took it upon themselves to charge me for items I won't receive 🙃

This company charged me a late fee over an accident. I explained I changed my debit card because it got compromised and I'm sorry I forgot to add the new card for payment! It was an accident!!! I used Affirm many times in the pass and payed off everything months early! They charged me a late fee!!! Never using it again!!! Please stop all emails to me because I'm never using Affirm again after my latest purchase is payed off. No more emails from Affirm wanting me to use them. FORGET ABOUT IT!!!

It's inconvenient. The app gives you 2 options 1 pay over time or 2 pay in full. Once a plan is chosen, you select the store and use the affirm debit as a payment method. I have done this over 6 times. I chose pay over time and it declined every time. My limit is way more then what I am requesting to use and I'm still being declined. I called customer service and she said just go through the app and chose a payment plan which is what I have been doing and she said just try it again, didn't help

They let you make longer and smaller payments...but....they do not let you pay off early, to bad.

Lately, shopping through the Affirm app has become a real chore. My previous shopping experiences through Affirm have always been great. I've been using Affirm for a few years and have a well established perfect payment history with Affirm, even paying off several purchases early. I've never had to have my identity proven through photographed documents or "selfies"... Ridiculous, intrusive, and offensive.

I keep calling over and over again to receive support on my account and every CS representative puts me on hold and disconnects the call. Disgusting customer service, disgusting company.
