Planned a trip for my birthday and a tournament I am in. Changed the number of guests from 6 to 4. Since my friends weren't giving me an answer. 2 days before Airbnb canceled and refunded the trip. Flagged my account for 10 days. I called twice and opened up an inquiry. They refuse to tell me what I did. Thanks for making this a bad experience and pushing me off this app.

App itself is good but the service itself is getting worse and worse. We booked a flat on Airbnb. On the first day we noticed that drains were clogged by previous guest and notified the host. Host didn't fix it but we didn't make fuss about it because it was our holidays and we didn't want to trouble ourselves during holidays. After we left we have received a message from the host that we need to pay 400€ for cleaning the drains. We complained to Airbnb and they agreed with the host!!!

Bad experience, never rent more than 3 days. The app hides addresses, doesn't refund the money if you want to cancel, and doesn't give you any assistance, it just wants to cash your card and then grate you. It's better to rent a short period and check it out first, because it's full of shenanigans.

The worst. They opened my closed calendar resulting in a double booking and while I was trying to cancel the reservation and I explained to them that the problem was their system, they gave me a warning and deducted points from my rating. 👏👏👏

I've used Airbnb in the past, and it was amazing! This year we tried to do the same thing, and there was one available place in the area that we could afford. After trying to reserve, we got a message saying that Airbnb thinks we are trying to throw an unauthorized party (?) We called customer service (a call center that was very difficult to hear in because of all the noise) and they said wait 24hrs. An hour later we were notified that they were upholding their decision. Completely screwed us.

The search functionality is simply terrible, even selecting the type of destination and the location, the app does not direct related ads, and throws you many offers from other very distant locations. Impossible to search that way

Used to be great now too expensive been using it 8 years to start off I was paying 5 pound service fee to air bnb on average last booking was over 240 pounds for what I have no idea this didn't include the cleaning fee either which is not needed as I have always cleaned it and left it the same way I arrived this was a great app to use for great accommodation at great prices now greed has took over and the prices are now making hotels seem the cheaper option again or other sites

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! THERE'S A GLITCH ON YOUR END AND YOU TOOK MONEY FROM ME FOR A CANCELLED TRIP. BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND BUT YOUR AGENTS KEEP ON PASSING ME AROUND!

Nice company, but the mobile app is too buggy to complete anything today. 4+ bugs in a row at every step. Had to use website. I hope once I'll be on the go on my trip that it will load in the mobile chrome browser you know...
