Reservations taken on the internet via a PC do not go up in the application, which forces you to re-enter the reference and the name !! It's not practical at all and makes the application uninteresting!! In addition, the application has a pictogram to automatically add your reservation to your agenda.... except that there too, it doesn't work either!! Finally, there is now no notification of gate changes. We do receive notifications for promotions but not important or even ultra-essential information. It's not serious at all. This app seems to be abandoned by its developers.

NOT VERY AGILE AND VERY EXPENSIVE
Hello. Not very flexible on modifications. Ticket modification MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE. TICKET WAY TOO EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. FLYING BLUE TOO COMPLICATED BECOME AIR FRANCE AGAIN!!!

Huge disappointment of this company. We have been travelling on this company for several years. Unfortunately, there was a clear deterioration in the welcome and empathy of the hostess and Stewart. I traveled alone with an 8 month old baby and had no help. On the contrary, I was a real embarrassment and they made it clear to me. They remove your FlyingBlue benefits in the middle of your trip. so go with checked baggage and return without.. zero understanding. !
