Unable to access
It's been great for the last 2 years but for the last 2 weeks I am unable to access my account throught the app. Keeps saying something went wrong.

Was great, but has now become pointless after changing my bank account to Chase. It doesn't work. Even though my card is linked, transactions no longer register. Time to delete, sadly.

Clever reward positioning, to trick you on spend
Great way to earn cash back on spend, But remember to read the reward tiny print. They provided me with a ‘just for you' benefit to earn 4% at Tesco since I spend there a lot. But I didn't earn any rewards despite that. Puzzled I looked at the reward tiny print and noticed it said “For VISA type only”. I only use Mastercard type card for my daily spend, the company is aware of this since we share our data with them. So technically, it's not created ‘Just for You'. Remember to read the tiny print folks! The company's here ain't providing services for your benefit

Usually this app is fantastic, an absolute must for anyone on the right networks. Annoyingly the past month, transactions are taking well over what they used to to appear, or for a few of mine they aren't appearing at all. Used to be so reliable. It's also annoying how my husband seems to get different retailers to me, such as I've never had John Lewis listed whereas he has; I'm not sure if that's a phone network issue though.

Waste of time
Doesn't even deserve one star! Don't usually review but this has my outstanding vote for not working! Customer service no help spent 2:3 weeks providing same screenshot with same error and they still can't fix their own app. Thank goodness it was free and if you managed to get it up and running then well done. Ive spent more money in time than this claims to get you back 🤷🏼♀️😞

Disappointing
Promised so much… and it might even work for old style cards (which is why I gave two stars rather than one). It doesn't though for any digital cards, such as mine. This means that… EVERY transaction needs to be claimed as ‘missing' with details of each retailer's address, time and date of transaction, and photo showing of proof of purchase. Multiple transactions from the SAME retailer need to be entered individually. So the SAME address etc. needs typing over again. Credits are eventually given well after a month end - so even if you've achieved a given month's bonus spend, you are NOT credited with the reward. Conclusion: For anyone using digital cards the app is a waste of time, unless you have a spare hour or so every week to let in data!!

There is a serious issue with this app. If trying to buy a gift card in the app, upon trying to purchase it, at checkout there will be some kind of bank card verification process (e.g. receiving an OTP via text or verifying in your banking app). Not a problem normally, right? Except here, tabbing to a different app (e.g. your text message app) and then back to this app will completely reset the gift card purchase screen! So it is impossible to buy a gift card for me now.

Such a big company, but they can't solve the rewards issue with Greggs. Every single time, i have to apply as a missing transaction. Shame
