Worst security system ever!.
Worst security system ever! Months to disconnect. Months to connect after moving. Customer service was the worst. Over a year to disconnect. Sneaking contracts to keep you hostage! Paid thousands to get out. Stanley security system is the worst

Like the app but can't stand being prompted every day to except 2 factor security.. You would think not excepting it well over 100s of times it would remember my choices. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!

I'm not getting any email to reset my password. Out of nowhere, it just logged me out. I have been doing this for 4 days now..and no, it's not in my spam

Horrible piece of ineffective software
This software is often in effect offline- when I try to access the settings it just spins and spins. It will however endlessly alert me to squirrels or shadows. And I can't get settings to work. Especially faulty on a Monday morning and afternoon. And although I set the size of the object which should trigger it, it ignores that. ANYTHING sets it off. It also gets triggered by cars on the road which are supposed to be out of the range of the boundaries I set. Endlessly. I would never recommend this software to anyone

Update doesn’t work
My cameras were working perfect.. until 2 weeks ago that new app update messed the recording roles and now I can't get notifications or alarms don't trigger at all

Simply horrible app!!!! App won't let me log in says in valid credentials and that not possible I use my finger to log in. Never change nothing.
