Needs Significant Improvement
My experience with this app has been multiple failures to provide me with the information/activities I was seeking. Customer service calls also lead to no avail.

Users cannot use their "world famous" companion fare through the app, being directed instead to use the "full website" to book. Why doesn't the app have all its vital functions after over a decade on the store?

Told me I had confirmation of my ticket from a month ago. Today told me to check in at the airport. I called because it had none of my flights listed. They canceled my flight flight was sold out and had to pay another 325.00!! It did not even show my other flight I bought with fly miles until after I complained to 5 reps!!!!!

Awful customer service
I tried to move seats by 6 rows at the exact same price. I was given answers that they backtracked on. I had to cancel and rebook just to move. Exactly why I never fly Alaska. Back to Delta!
