The switch is not seamless
I'll change my review if I can receive help in a timely manner. My car payment is due but I'm having trouble logging in to the ally banking app. It directs me to the ally auto app which then doesn't allow me to login either. In fact the other day the ally auto app directed me to the ally banking app which then directed me to the auto app. I don't have time for this. Please help

Was not able to use the enroll option so I downloaded the standard app. Went back to login and bwbable to delete the main app and first had a password issue (why would u have different rules for your password in each app???) and once I changed the password on the main app and tried to login had a different error message (SPA URL missing). Basically, it's unusable.

it doesn't work. never has. literally every time you try to log in it says the app is not available

Unusable. App will give you a pop up for their home app. If you back out of the pop up it makes you sign back in. Forcing you to download the other app to proceed

I've had this app for 3 years and now all of a sudden it doesn't work AT ALL. I don't have auto pay set up because there might be a time I can't pay my full payment and I'd have to split my payments up because of other bills. But now when I log into Ally auto it says there's another app to use and it wants you to go there but when you put in your credentials in the other app it wants you to go BACK to the first app and the screens just go back and forth between apps but you're not able to pay...

Can't log into the app at all and the website only loads about half the time.
