I used the app a long time ago as a test and it worked well and quickly. Now my real remote control had disappeared somewhere and I remembered the app again. Mobile phone and stick in the same WLAN and search started, but several times without success. It just didn't work. Stick and operation go to the trash thanks to the new advertising & poorer video quality! Can Mr. bezos pick up there and queer in the ..... stick! 1 star, as 0 does not work.

It freezes entirely too much. You constantly have to "sign back in". You can FORGET ABOUT IT if it rains ( God forbid lol ). Needs major upgrade installments!

I hate dealing with this. I liked when I could use a universal remote with my fire tv. But they did something and I couldn't use a universal remote. I even bought a replacement fire tv remote, but that wouldn't work. I downloaded the app and I could use my tv. After a little while, it started taking a few minutes to connect. Every freaking time! It often disconnects while I'm watching tv. It's aggravating! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app like the support guy said, but it's the same
