AMC app
The AMC phone app, even after YEARS of updates, still is intensively HORRIBLE !!! When it does work - It only works on home WiFi; does not work on carriers signal or in guest WiFi locations !! My Phone is iPhone 15

Crashes on payment frequently, locks out seats for over 15 min so you cant retry leading to false bookings

Theater to hot
We usually love coming to this theater but this time we could not even watch the movie comfortably the theater was so hot we couldn't breath made it hard to enjoy the movie.

Ordering food nightmare
In route to the theature tried to order food and the delivery time option would not show any items to select. So I updated to the new version. Now after selecting the theature number to select your movie did not show. Tried onsite during movie no luck.. same thing. Had to go to counter and give them my seat/order. Why? Bug just me?

New update isn’t great
The new update is super buggy. The AMC stubs card will never show up in Apple wallet and says it's already been added

I thought I was joining the yearly AMCstubs membership, I guess I accidentally hit AMCStubsAlist. I can't get a hold of anyone for a credit. This is crazy. I only used it for one movie in February. HELP!

Inconvenience fees
I am sad to see that AMC has instituted convenience fees for online ticket orders for regular stub members for less than 4 tix per order. I don't remember this the last time I bought tix. But I guess there are two choices: deal with it or don't go 🫤
