The food is horrible
Don't let the pictures fool you. What you see is not what you get. At best it was a TV dinner. At worst it was completely inedible- over heat, hard bread, mushy noodles and wilted salad. Very disappointing considering what you are paying.

Completely unintuitive app, cant even find where to pay for the damn ticket, every action immediately boots you to the home screen and deletes all your progress.

this app looks like a scam ... anything i clik just wait and then nothing ... even error message would be great. I cannot find scan QR code or create acoount :-( . . I hope they will take me on train tmrw with paper ticket. lol 😂

I couldn't find the connection bus stop,no sign at all!!!!! ....people at Ollie's outlet in Gainesville said no amtrack connection bus comes here....(they do come here)!!! ...I missed the bus yesyerday,had to drive [address]back again to Ollie's where omg...bus drove right past the front window of Ollie's!!!!, really upset me a lot,amtrak needs to post SOMETHING...!!!!!
