Unable to login
I've deleted and downloaded the latest version of the Ancestry app and I still cannot log in. I changed my password by accessing the site through my browser and then attempted to use the app with my new password and I continue to get “uh oh, something went wrong.”

Stopped working. It opens & then the little circle just spins. It was always SUPER glitchy but now nothing. I waited until the newest update hoping that it would be corrected but no. I am going to assume that the integration of ai caused an update and now the app works as well as ai does. Not really sure who ancestry thinks is using their services because I've mostly met 50+ year olds without the newest technology and so far no interest in ai. What we'd actually like is an app that works.

Y'all messed it up. It worked so well, for years.... then you had to "update" it.... well, you ruined it. It's very difficult to navigate and all of the galleries are gone. Fix it!
