Zero referral
It might be probably because I Am Deaf but this system doesn't work for me. I've been trying for two years and rarely get referral for for my requested assignments. Also, watch out as they filter to the top popular companies that may not offer the best quality of work. If you have local company referrer by people you know, that may be the best option.

Horrible paid the 79$ for a Walmart mount to be installed was supposed to be done Friday no body showed then Monday. Nobody showed but tried to get paid for it. Then today no one showed again. Had to ask for a refund not reliable at all.

I put in a work order to get my split unit fixed. First technician rescheduled several times over the span of about 2-3 weeks, during that time, I got charged, and supposedly I don't get charged until the job is done Get a second technician, they provide a list of materials I can't find at the locations provided. I'll pay more somewhere else, summer is practically here, and Angi wasted a month I can't afford

This app is a major disappointment. I used it recently to find a contractor. I almost lost my deposit. The reviews are just about worthless. I don't trust the listings at all. Other people like it, but this app is not for me. It seems anyone can go online and setup a account with very little credentials. One must thoroughly investigate a contractor by other means, such as the Department of Consumer Protection, judicial courts for lawsuits, BBB, etc.

I recently tried Angi. I was notified by a few companies, and I might have tried them, but something else happened, too. I was overwhelmed with SPAM. I SUDDENLY HAD 22 SPAM OR FRAUD CALLS IN 1 DAY.
