Not good. Tried this app a couple of times and it doesn't update bundles or top-up well. App doesn't match web browser top-up which works well. Last straw was app showed £7 bundle waiting to be activated and would not activate. ASDA customer service tried to help and ASDA customer service are very good. I got charged again for the £7 bundle. So £7 charge from my bank account and a further £7 from my ASDA account balance. Conclusion keep away from ASDA app only use ASDA web browser which works.

Asda is OK as a shop, but the way they work your bill out when you get your statement, is terrible. All you want is your total bill, less credits, so it marries up with the final total, instead of that, you end up with perhaps several columns, that make no sense at all. Seriously thinking of leaving them, solely because of this.

Today's delivery was missing £19.15 worth of groceries. Submitted a refund request which was rejected. Either refund the money or deliver the missing items!

Bad service
Asda banned me from my account, probably because I asked for too many refunds. The last refunds I asked for were the fridge items they delivered in a tote full of what looked like dead grass cuttings. Try providing a better service with your produce, people wouldn't ask for refunds.

The app rarely keeps the items in my basket. So often my saved basket becomes empty. Devs never reply I'll stick with Tesco..
