Since beginning of year. The rewards have been much less. Rewards are given mostly for buying a certain / amount of product. This is unfair. Over the last month, estimate I've spent around £800 in groceries.... I have £1:78 in my cashpot! That's pathetic

Cashpot Expired Again!!!
Second time this year the cashpot has expired without giving notification. Have lost over £15. Customer service not interested. Do not have this issue with other shop loyalty point cards!

Keeps logging me out

How in earth are you meant to add the card to Google Pay if the page,, keeps closes in the background when performing the Google 2FA check ro confirm. It's you?

Offers relevant to me have dried up, and seeing that you can track my purchases, it would make sense to target offers related to purchases rather than irrelevant ones. Baby & Toddler stuff has no relevance to me. Empty shelves and the lack of offers have driven me to use Sainsburys and utilise my Nectar Card more than normal. Checkout staff have also stopped asking if I have a 'Rewards Card' as well. I used to spend upwards of £70 per week regularly at Asda...that has halved in recent months.

BEWARE!! THIS ADD IS ADDING UP REWARDS INCORRECTLY. IT TOLD ME THAT I EARNT £5 IN REWARDS AND THEN ONLY ADDED £2 TO MY CASHPOT

Not as good as it used to be. Now you have to spend £100 to get 50p back. Depending on what I buy, I average about £2 back for every £100 I spend
